The challenge was building a platform accessible to workers with basic smartphones while providing employers with reliable vetted professionals. We took a mobile-first approach with an intuitive Hindi/English interface, real-time chat via Socket.io, and a rating system to build trust. Google Maps API integration enabled location-based discovery within 5km radius.
