Indore Cricket Club was managing student records, batch schedules, attendance, and fee collection through paper registers and separate spreadsheets — leading to errors and communication gaps. We developed a unified management system handling enrollment, batch scheduling with coach assignments, daily attendance tracking via mobile, automated fee reminders, and parent-teacher communication — all from a single dashboard accessible on desktop and mobile.
The academy reduced administrative workload by 60%, eliminated duplicate data entry across batches, and improved fee collection rates through automated reminders. Attendance tracking went from 2 hours per day to 15 minutes. The platform now manages 200+ students across 12 batches with 8 coaches.
